I booked an appointment for 12:05, arrived on time and was told to come back in 20 mins as they were running a bit late. I came back 20 minutes later and then waited for another 40 minutes by which time I had to leave as had things to do. Was disappointed as had booked in advance and appointment was over an hour late.
