Linzi knows me as I’m a regular customer and as such knows the styles I like and the overall history of my hair. Due to the lockdown my hair had grown quite long so I had the opportunity to try a new style which I showed linzi an example of, and she built on my idea making suggestions along the way, so the style was more suited to me.
