I would have liked a drink, even a glass of water. I was offered a cup of tea after the colour/ foils were done but I’d been travelling and it was too long to wait. Jug of water and glasses good idea.
The radio station really got on my nerves - loud awful adverts. Just put on a play list!
The stylist was silent but friendly when I started to talk to her. Better than the other way round I think!
The copper highlights are not as warm as I would have liked - this is ok though as we can adjust
