Resa was very kind as a person, and my facial was quite enjoyable. However, the space is very small and during the facial she had to go in and out of the room often, which did detract from the atmosphere. My manicure was not done to a professional standard (not full coverage of the nail, clear top coat was red-tinted, no fan/nail dryer) and it made me a bit uncomfortable that my pedicure was done just before my facial.
