After a stressful week my shoulders were very tense. As soon as you walk in Racheal’s friendly mannerism puts you at ease, the place is clean with fresh towels and covers. Also the decor and lighting is relaxing. As Racheal worked on the knots in my shoulders I could feel myself relaxing and unwinding. I walked out feeling great with a positive relaxed mind and shoulders and back felt loose.

Rachel is always professional, knowledgeable & able to adapt to my requirements. I struggle with my back, neck & extremely tight shoulders but left my last treatment more mobile & pain free! Fabulous!

Deep tissue massage that really helps. I have regular sessions and as a result have far less muscle pain. Racheal’s knowledge on wellbeing is fantastic and she cares. Highly recommended.
