- Very unclean and untidy room.
- Snipped my nails roughly - they are now very sharp and jagged.
- Fluff/ kitchen roll that was lying around got stuck in my nails midway through and she just painted over the top of it, rather than removing.
- Slapdash job at painting my nails and there are lumps and varnish on my skin.
- Removed previous gel with a device and accidentally cut into my real nail.
- UV light was burning my nails as a result and she rudely told me that I was ‘too sensitive’
