It was a negative experience. I also don't think his name is Sam, and he talked so much about making me comfortable that i felt uncomfortable. I specified where i don't want to be touched, but be focused hard on my inner thighs close to intimate areas and even ended up brushing up against it quite a few times, going way too close for way too long. When massagin my chest, my brallete folded down as a result of his actions so my chest was exposed for a brief minute while his stomach was pressing into me, and he gave me about 30 minutes extra, as he was in no rush to finish on time at all. I did leave my headphones there which resulted in me having to come back, where he would tell me i need to come back for another massage to get all the knots out and that i can come him anytime, and he'll charge cheaper than on treatwell. It's been 2 months and i still feel incredibly uncomfortable. If you're a woman please don't go to Sam and save yourself your nerves.

I have stumbled accross this salon by total accident. Tried to make best out of my day off I dropped in to have my brow lamination and lvl done. The girl who does this wasn't working that day and I somehow ended up having a massage instead. They kindly fit me in despite having no appointment. The lady who did the massage was very knowledgeable. Being a decorator having back and shoulder pain, I thought I needed the deep tissue massage but was advised differently. And what a result.

Fabulous service, I wasn't able to do one of my treatments and was happy to just cancel as not possible to rebook paid for treatments, Ania then offered me a list of various services I could have instead so had a file and polish. Well above the call of duty and I'll definitely be back soon.

What a great salon, beautifully decorated, very comfortable. Just massage done and wax there and Ania was amazing with me. I am the kind of person who is anxious and has a billion questions and she did nothing but make me feel comfortable talked me through the whole process from start to finish I really recommend and ReStore. My new spot. 🙏 Nails, waxing .
