I really needed some R and R and felt like I was given that during my experience at Restore Therapies. Saffiya was extremely friendly and gave me lots of advice and shared what she was doing with me throughout my treatment. She catered to my own individual needs and also treated problem areas when I told her about them. Will definitely be revisiting. 5 Stars!

Safiyah was very skilled and reassuring. She knew exactly which points to work on and left me feeling very relaxed. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing and made me feel at ease. She did not rush the therapy and has a very calming demeanor.

I had the most relaxing experience. I booked last minute and was very please to find a book that same weekend. It was exception. Will definitely be recommending and coming back.

I have had both reflexology and massage appointments with Safiyya and they have all been brilliant. I usually book weekly appointments, with each appointment she speaks through what she is doing and asks questions to help focus on problem areas. My experiences have always been positive and relaxing, helping to ease aches and pains. Thank you Saffiya.
