Tanya and the team at results have got me in the best shape of my life. I started at results during the early stages of my pregnancy I was worried about exercising while pregnant, they really knew their stuff and adapted the exercises for me as my belly grew but still made sure I had a proper workout. I returned to results 10 weeks after my C section and have now lost the 4 stone I gained during my pregnancy, I would never have been able to achieve this without results! Results was perfect for me after having a baby as you are the only one in the studio, so their is no one other than you and your PT there, so I did n't feel self concious exercising in front of anyone and had the 1-2-1 help I really needed. Results are child friendly which has been a godsend so I can take my baby along with me while I exercise and each session is 30 mins so its not too long for him. I have also started attending the results evening bootcamp which I really enjoy and my sister has just booked her first session there.
My top ratings apply to Tania whose variety of training and advice are top rate. The other members of staff who I have met, whilst being capable and very affable are not up to her high standard. Tania has been terrific working round my knee replacement, both before and after the operation.
I have been visiting Results for a few years now. Firstly to work on core strength after having my second child and then to regain my fitness level. I can honestly say I feel fitter and stronger than ever before. Each session is a 30 minute non - stop work out. Being pushed and coached thru the session means I work harder and have achieved much better results than I personally would have with a gym membership. The PT’s are always full of enthusiasm – much more than I have on some days! If I ever have an area I want to work on more or go easy on then the session is adapted instantly. Worth every penny and slightly addictive! : )
