Rosie is always attentive and friendly, whether I'm there 5 mins for a fringe trim or 2 hours for a colour. She always has a welcoming smile and I look forward to getting my hair done each time.

Rosie was so nice and made me feel comfortable straight away. I’m often nervous about going to salons because Ive had a few bad experiences with some atmospheres being quite hostile but at Jam it was the complete opposite and Rosie made me feel so comfortable!!! Also did an amazing job of my hair so thankyou so much xx
