First time doing wax here. I always get a Hollywood but I was dissatisfied. She didn’t clean the wax off and no after care oil was applied after. Few week later It was very itchy.

Only negative was time keeping. I arrived early, but ended up starting the treatment 20 minutes late - there were two therapists there both working on the same person's nails while I waited. My treatment was still its full length despite this, but it was a shame to run so late.
However, the massage itself was wonderful. It was a really good deep, firm pressure, with particular attention paid to a trouble spot on my back I had mentioned. I think the bed itself was heated? That was a delight.
