My nails were filed and shaped by Jo who did an amazing job - thank you! Unfortunately, gel was applied by a colleague and had completely peeled off within 3 days. Salon agreed to replace the nails free of charge. Unlikely to return as the quality of the gel has not been great on either occasion.

Ellie always delivers such a professional service and her work is of the highest standard. She is so friendly and welcoming and I wouldn’t go to anyone other than her. The entire team at Retreat are amazing and the salon is just beautiful. I highly recommend.
