First time visiting the salon and within 3 days my nails had chipped. The quality is poor, the lady who did my nails was nice enough but cut my thumbs twice and, at times, was scrolling on her watch, which I thought was quite unprofessional. I contacted the salon directly and they offered me a half price manicure, I then went back again as I thought this was unfair considering it had been 3 days and I paid a lot of money, they have offered a free one instead. Very disappointed with the quality and customer service

Plaistow village retreet beauty is my fav place for my Bequty therapy always a service with a smile and very competent in there profession I would recomend retreet beauty even if you have to travel
