The facial was exceptional from start to finish. Gemma has incredible in-depth knowledge about how to approach individual needs and we spoke about what I wanted from the facial before she tailored a bespoke facial to meet my needs. She was gentle, thorough and extremely knowledgeable and my skin looks and feels amazing!

If you haven’t been to Retreat before I highly recommend, I Had Gemma to do my biab which are perfect 👌🏽 And Dorothy for my full body massage she is unreal, so so good that I have booked another one for this week 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
