Beautiful venue. The lady was nice and chatty. The room was lovely and clean. Our nails were gorgeous.
This was my first visit to the gold room it was a present from my daughter. Zoe the therapist greeted me with a happy smile and showed me to the treatment room. The room was beautiful and welcoming,Zoe took care to check if I had any health concerns. She then went on to explain what my treatments entailed. I had never had a back treatment before so was a little apprehensive. Well it was wonderful the bed was heated,plenty of coverings overall a great experience. She would ask me if what she was doing was ok for me. I couldnt have been happier. I then had a facial once again a lovely experience. Zoe never rushed and was so pleasant I will most definitely be going back to the Gold Room.
Zoe was lovely, really friendly and really quick! Wasn't in there for long at all, and the tint she uses looks lovely
I arranged an appointment for myself and my sister for HD brows and express lashes for my sisters birthday. As first timers, zoe really put us at ease, making us feel welcome in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. We will both be returning for sure and we highly recommend her to anyone.
