One of the stylists had called in sick when I went so the 2 stylists there were doing 3 people's work (they hadn't cancelled any bookings). This meant they were extremely rushed off their feet and all the clients were waiting around for ages. My hair dye had been applied so messily that I could've just got a box die and done it myself and then it was left on for hours, dying my scalp in the process. The colour isn't what I asked for at all and I was really unhappy with the whole experience.
