I came here after having a very dodgy haircut elsewhere, and feeling that I wasn't being listened to. After being bruised by this I was quite nervous. No need! Sandy listened and then described the best game plan to redeem things .I left looking like the old me again and despite thinking it would take a while to get back on track it's looked amazing, even after my 1st go at styling it myself, following Sandy's easy instructions.Thank you Sandy - see you again for sure x
