I normally hate going to the hairdresser's, but my experience at retro pink was so lovely. Everyone was warm and welcoming which was appreciated as going somewhere new is a bit scary! The lady who cut my hair (CC?) Was amazing, she asked lots of questions to make sure I had the cut I wanted (even though I didn't really know what I wanted) I will definitely be back! Thank you so much :)

Brevity due to 500 word limit. Have been to RPB twice, for full-head highlights, ash toner + olaplex. 1st time: highlights not close enough to scalp, colour too yellow. Went again for same treatment to give them second chance (w/feedback), but again colour too yellow (despite stylist's assurances that they used 'double ash' toner) and this time my hair feels fried. Stylist Emma v. chatty which is v. friendly but potentially you might feel rude if you just want to relax or read your book.
