No mention on website that I had booked a men's cut so when I got there I was told that she didn't have enough time to do a girls hair but she would be quick. Awful tv programme on in background and woman didn't seem confident cutting my hair. Was charged £30 rather than the £10 I booked online, so I feel like I was misled. Left the salon and realised my hair was so greasy because of all the product on it. So disgusting I had to wash it when I got home! Treatwell - really bad service and I feel like you conned me. Won't be using this service again or recommending it to anyone else!
