Stacey was brilliant, one of the best massages I have had, really professional, room was warm and clean, only down side, no where to put your clothes, but the experience far outweighed any negatives, will defo be going again, can't recommend highly enough, thanxs Stacey
I decided to book a relaxing massage after work at brown cow salon, I have had my nails done in the past here and its local to work so thought I would give the massage a go. The salon was a bit chaotic, children running up and down screaming which isn't what you want after work. The staff were friendly and I was seen on time, which was great, however I booked an hour full body massage and only received a 40 min treatment, I was also told the price was £30 not £20 as advertised and I had to show the staff my booking details before the agreed this. The salon also doesn't accept card, which meant I had to walk to a cash machine and back after my treatment. The actual massage itself was good but it wasn't the relaxing evening I had hoped for.

Katie was very professional and did a good job with my make up, the rest of the staff were friendly and I was offered refreshments when I arrived because I was a little early, the parking could have been better but I found a space a few streets away without too much trouble. Katie asked one of the stylists to resite one of my hair extensions as the clip was visible, this was done without any fuss or cost. Would recommend using them again.
This was advertised as a Back Neck Shoulder but when I arrived, I was invited upstairs, undressed and whilst naked faced down I was told this was mis-sold by Wahanda and it was actually a combined hot stone massage and facial. I could not accept this as I had a hot stone massage years ago and it was uncomfortably hot, plus I would never book a facial as they give me breakouts. They reluctantly agreed to the massage but I had to assert myself to get the full hour as by this time it was 7.15 and I was told they closed at 8pm. In the end, Charlotte, who gave me the treatment was very nice and accommodating, plus the massage was fine, but the whole experience was marred by me made to feel by the manager/owner that I was being untruthful about what I had bought. I do not think she intended this but perhaps should reflect that I was there ready for a massage after an extremely stressful day and felt unfairly judged. I could have walked away but I suffer from chronic neck problems and really needed some relief. Although Charlotte was good and the place was nice enough, I think the owner should have emphasized that it was not my fault that Wahanda had made a mistake and continued to make me feel like a valued customer: if this had happened, I would have returned for a treatment with Charlotte
