OMG!! I loved this place. All the girls are lovely, customer service great and all the treatment done first class! I am staying with this place from now on. I can get everything done in one place. Katie did my waxing and nails....both done brilliantly. My eyebrows waxed wonderfully as well.. I hardly felt the waxing and I've now got smooth legs etc. Raychael did my hair,very well done. She cleared up a not so great haircut I had elsewhere and she fitted me in last minute.
Really these girls know what their doing. Thank you ,hank you very much. Don't hesitate with this place packed with expertise and a lovely vibe.
Cee cee did my massage.....ooh solo relaxing,...I wanted more.

CeeCee did my nails and eyebrows and I am chuffed with the outcome of both. CeeCee was lovely and really professional. I love my Christmas nails and I look like I have eyebrows not 'shybrows' - Thank you! Whilst I was having my treatments upstairs my 7yr old daughter was having her hair cut. The girls really looked after her, she felt very grown up and her hair look fab (apologies for not knowing the name of the girl who cut her hair but you did a great job, thanks).

I really wanted to score this higher but sadly I just don't think I can... Arrived a little last minute but the staff were welcoming and friendly. The salon was really busy, likely to be due to the run up to Christmas. Was ushered upstairs into a treatment room where a couple of chairs were perched a the end of a treatment bed?! Room tatty, equipment tatty, not really the relaxing ambience you would expect, felt a little 'ram them in'! Can't complain about the girl who did my nails, warm, friendly and chatty. The nail colour range was limited and mainly sparkly glittery rather than a mix of classic colours so was disappointed but picked an ok colour (not what I would have chosen ordinarily - a festive red or dark burgundy or nude even). It was an express manicure so no frills really - in and out! My nails looked nice enough. Sadly by day 2 my gel nails all flaked away at the edges. I rang the salon, no questions I was booked straight back in that day - great! Again same warm friendly staff and the young girl who did my nails for a second time was sweet, however, she filed all the gel off and half my nails too... Nails left feeling v fragile and the finish of the nail is really quite poor and I amateur but I felt I couldn't say anything again plus I can't risk them taking the gel off like that again. One of my nails has snapped just a day later because they're so thin. Really disappointed and is going to take several manicures and tlc to get my nails back in condition. V disappointed...
