As a concept a colonic can be quite intimidating and understandingly I did initially feel apprehensive. For me the whole experience was surprisingly relaxing and informative. Judy is the consummate professional and a genuinely nice person. Every time I’ve visited I’ve been made to feel at ease before, during and after. If you’re ever in two minds about going ahead with this I’d recommend just going for it!
