Had a deep tissue massage from Jay he was skilled professional and attentive had a problem with may shoulder prior to the massage which is much better now. Just remember with deep tissue massage no pain no gain 😁

Jay was amazing, I have had many deep tissue massages in the past and none of them have been anywhere near the standard in which Jay provided. He worked on the specific areas I requested and gave me plenty of sound advice. I have already booked a friend in whom I’ve been bragging to about Jay’s skilled work! I haven’t felt so much relief in one sitting and I genuinely have felt great since my massage. I will definitely be returning soon! Thank you Jay! :)
