I saw a lovely lady called judy she made me feel so relaxed and the treatment was amazing I dint think I will ever meet a lady like her again she was not only welcoming but kind .. she’s a credit to that place

I went for a consultation regarding my skin. Was met at reception by Saffina who was dressed in a u inform that looked like it hadn’t been ironed in a while. Was led into the treatment room by her only then to find she was the ‘nurse’ I was supposed to be seeing. I paid £35 for a consultation where I did all the talking, my skin wasn’t examined or looked at and I certainly didn’t feel like I was dealing with a professional and I had to pay the £35 up front! Would not return
