I had a facial recently and it was pretty good. The only thing missing was that I always prefer to see the products that are applied to my skin beforehand; a little show-and-tell if you like - item by item. Also the facial seemed very hurried, and there was no discussion on what was applied and why. The treatment room is also very small, and there is very little atmosphere - functional at most.
