Nicola is very friendly and professional and the atmosphere in the salon is also nice. I had previously had a bad experience with a gel removal at a different salon - the extent of which was revealed when Nicola started to remove the gel that had been applied over the top. Nicola was so careful not to damage my nails further and provided advice on aftercare. Nicola is meticulous and thorough and I would highly recommend her services.
