Have been coming to Iram for my eyebrow threading for many years. She's so good that I don't need to see the mirror at the end. Always professional, friendly and puts me at ease.

The therapist was lovely and the the salon is really nice. They were running 10 mins behind but I wasn't in a rush. Perhaps they could clarify which treatment is best for an eyebrow wax as it wasn't clear when booking.

Second visit to Serenity for a Hollywood. Overall very thorough and made to feel as relaxed as can be. my 3rd time getting one now and definitely not nearly as painful as the first time. I've went to another therapist for my 2nd one due to availability but it wasn't nearly as thorough as here and the results have been very long lasting. Will definitely be back again.
