My first time getting eyelash extensions and Ira (can’t remember what her name was exactly) was so kind and helpful. She was honest about the treatments on offer and able to help me decide what I wanted that would be best suited for me without conning me or anything like that, which felt really genuine. She was very friendly and did a great job.
