I booked a deep tissue massage with Sophia, but ended up receiving a (too hard) thai massage from Wendy - who kindly took over as Sophia was "running late". My treatment was interrupted 3 times, firstly by Wendy looking for Sophia, then by somebody knocking (maybe Sophia?) and then by hoovering and doors banging next door. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had, I did not receive the massage I needed and I certainly could not relax. Wendy tried her best, but I was very stressed.

No one turned up, lights were off and unfortunately I received a call more than 15 minutes later off the manager who raised her voice down the phone which was very off putting. Follwing this about 10 mins later - The lady that was meant to do my massage called back was apologetic. Unfortunately I wouldn’t book here again and had to request a refund :( was looking forward to my massage and would seem like a lovely place to have had a massage. But I wouldn’t recommend this service
