I arrived at my massage to be told the person in that day didn’t do lymphatic drainage which is what I booked, I rebooked for the day after. after waiting around 25 minutes was finally greeted and told again the massage therapist hadn’t turned up

Overall not a very positive experience. The whole place feels grubby and a bit run down. The reception area needs some attention to make it feel more welcoming. The treatment room had several oil stains on the wall, the towel provided was damp and very thin/poor quality. Elena was very polite and friendly but the massage was average. She was using one hand for most of it and was on her phone repeatedly (I could see in the reflection on the floor). I wouldn’t return.
