Great to have a masseuse who listens and is intuitive to your needs. Jo was friendly and advised then provided an excellent, manipulative massage coupled with hot stone. The smells of oils and calming sounds provided just the right atmosphere to relax and enjoy my treatment. Definitely booking in again!
I have had a number of massages with Jo and she is great! I suffer regularly with back aches and pains mostly due to extensive time spent in the gym, Jo has helped me keep better care of my body, it’s much needed recovery to help me grow and build! I plan to see Jo every few weeks to keep my body feeling comfortable and relaxed. Such a good sleep afterwards too! I last had a hot stones massage and the introduction of heat makes such a difference! Brilliant, strongly recommended, thanks Jo 👍
I have had several treatments at Revive and most recently a Massage incorporating Cupping Therapy which was really beneficial for recurring shoulder pain - I had never had this treatment before but have already rebooked , each treatment has been tailored to what I need that day and the mobility in my shoulder has improved significantly by having regular treatments. I always feel relaxed and ready for my next training session.
