My massage with Kate is the best massage I have ever had. She clearly has expertise in her field with excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology and reflexology. She was able to identify problem areas for me, loosen knots and muscles in a way that was still relaxing (& not painful as massages sometimes can be) and gave me suggestions on how to prevent the muscles from tightening up again. Her space is also clean and relaxing. I have found my go-to and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The location was very good and easy to find. The room was very professionally equipped and treatment throughout. I really appreciated being consulted about the pressure with check ins to ensure the level was right for me and lots of knots worked away for me. Thank you. I had the most amazing massage with Kate. She really worked hard in all of the areas that were tight and is incredibly knowledgeable. Hands down the best massage I’ve had in West London (and I’ve had a lot over the years!)
