It was a good haircut though just a simple one but didn't pay attention on details, like leaving the conditioner on for at least a minute and not drying the hair properly.

I was most happy with my haircut. The salon is super clean which made me return and asked my mother to join in a haircut too!!

Extremely condescending staff. Even though I had requested and had been promised a certain colour, the one achieved at the end was different and when pointed that out, I was basically ignored and the staff implied that I should simply put out with the outcome. After washing my hair a few times at home after the treatment, the colour got even worse. Plus, as I had booked for a rough dry only and did not want to be charged extra for a blow dry, I was left with almost completely wet hair when left the salon (which never happened with other salons), as one of their staff members commented that with a rough dry you are not supposed to have fully dried hair (rough dry actually means that you use your fingers instead of a brush when drying your hair). Will not recommend this salon and will not be going back for sure
