I took my two daughters for a children's haircut. Both children have very different hair texture. One child has course, thick, slightly curly hair. I have struggled to find a hairdresser who understands her hair texture and one that would give me advice on how to maintain her hair. Alex gave me great advice and showed me how to brush and dry her hair. After that visit my daughter now has her curls back. Excellent service and will be visiting again.

My haircut was meant to be a sleek and modern cut, having just washed and blow dried it at home, it looks uneven and worse than before I had it cut. At the till the receptionist told me they should be charging me £40 even though the hairdresser had quoted me after I told her what I wanted and she had said £25 for that particular cut and blow dry...why was this challenged when I went to pay? Won't be going back, feel the hairdresser was too young and inexperienced.
