Appointment started 40 minutes late due to late client before me, making me late to my afternoon plans. Also wasn’t allowed to use the bathroom after the 2-3hrs spent there (technician’s personal bathroom whilst her client bathroom was broken). Also first time I’ve had lash extensions done and not been given a spoolie to brush them with at home. The lashes themselves are great however the experience was below standard.
