The salon is in a residential house so odd atmosphere. There were no clean towels and the therapist, who appeared to be dressed in pajamas, wanted me to lie down on stained ones. She also was insisting on taking a photo of my face before for “insurance reasons”/ in case clients complained but I declined. It’s not the trademarked hydrafacial. It felt like she made up the steps (eg using boots sheet mask). It made no difference to my skin and wasn’t worth £60 let alone the £120 it’s reduced from.

Lashes barely lasted one week - I am used to lashes and this is the least they ever lasted. I found technician rude at times and very difficult to park in the area.
