Regrettably… Very disappointing. Without my knowledge, new materials were used. Unfortunately the new lash texture was horrendous, brittle, stiff, felt very sharp and plastic, I may have been allergic to it/and or the glue? The lashes were rubbing against my eyelids, my eyes were sore and itchy. They didn’t last two days, and were falling out in clumps!??? I spoke with Sayeda who didn’t seem too bothered and offered to remove them. I was in so much pain that I decided not to return.
