I am a regular customer and wouldn't go anywhere else. All the therapists are really friends and very professional and the wax they use is amazing for my sensitive skin it's the lest painful wax I ever had!

I usually get served by Danielle. Who is really good and professional. But today I had someone else who kept using the same strip again and again until it all stuck together and became extremely painful. She would also spread the wax all over my leg from my waist to my ankle and so it wouldn't come off and my skin stays sticky. I don't know if it's because she doesn't know any better, or because it was late in the day and she was tired. One of the worst, most painful wax experiences I've had. And she doesn't even speak English well enough for me to communicate to her what's wrong or that she's hurting me.
