Quick and relatively painless (as painless as a Hollywood wax can be). In and out in 15 minutes (I was amazed). This is my second time and I will definitely be going back.

I have been to this salon many times. The staff are always friendly and professional and do a great job. The basement location is not the best but they've done a good job of making the room pleasant, comfortable and a good temperature.
