Wax did not remove hardly any hairs at all from my legs. The staff acknowledge it and gave me the Manager’s number. She was very kind at first but stop answering back and never got my refund. The wax also irritated my skin in such a way I’ve never seen before. I’ve been waxing for over 15 years now and never shaved my legs, this has been the worse waxing experience I’ve ever experienced. Totally not recommend.
