The therapist did an amazing Hollywood wax and I will be going back! However, I found the place a little dingy considering its £40 for a wax. As long as you are aware then I would recommend this place as one of the best waxes I have had.

This was my third visit to revowax, I returned because although for me it is expensive, I really valued how quick and professional Katie was, how painless the experience was and how quickly my skin recovered from the wax. However, this appointment was a car crash. I arrived to be told the time slot had been double booked and that I should have received an email (I hadn't) but I did receive a confirmation text message 3 hours before the appointment reminding me of the time I had booked for. I arrived 10mins early and sat outside wondering if the ladies in the treatment room who were talking away were going to collect me, the door was open, but they ignored me. At the time of my appointment, another lady arrived and was taken in (the double booking), I was told to wait 20mins. I did. Then the wax was just awful from start to finish, the lady was flustered, kept having to change wax pots and went over the same area so many times that the top layer of skin blistered and the hairs were not all removed. I was in the room for 40mins, missed my train, had a rubbish wax and came out wishing I hadn't spent £32 on a wax. Really disappointed, and felt gutted I had been recommending the place to friends. I received an email from treat well an hour after my scheduled appointment asking if I could change the time.

Very pricey given the location/space. Wax was so hot I was concerned I was going to be burnt.
