This was my first time having my legs and underarms waxes and my 3rd bikini wax so I was quite nervous. The lady didn't do anything to help this, she merely complained that my leg hairs were too short. This being my first time I suggested that maybe I could skip the legs and get a refund. This was not something she seemed to want to discuss and she carried on. Throughout the wax she was silent, I much prefer being talked to as it takes my mind off the pain.
This being my first time I expected to receive some form of aftercare advice, I did not receive any which is very poor.
Someone walked in halfway through my session while I was lying semi naked on the bed which did not do anything to help the fact that I was very nervous.
On certain parts she didn't hold my skin very taught and did not ask me to hold my skin in the same places as I have been asked to before when having my bikini like done.
When I have had my bikini line done before I have been asked how high I would like it to go. There was no such question from this silent lady and I am left with a bikini line where I don't feel confident that nothing will appear when I am on holiday.
The place was pretty dingy and in a hot basement with a playlist that jumped from classical to weird pop to Christian music. The price was very expensive and upon inspection I paid more through Wahanda than I would have done if I went straight through the salon.
An overall bad experience I am afraid.
Great place, will definitely be back. Least painful brazilian I've ever had, the beautician was lovely and professional and accommodating considering I was delayed by 20 mins by a late train. 10/10
