Had to rearrange my appointment because the booking hadn't come through from Wahanda, which was annoying but the staff were really helpful, and when I went in for my treatment were very friendly and chatty and put me at ease.

The girl that did my waxing was really nice, the treatment was less painful than other I had in the past. I will def go back in the future.
The experience was alright, the wax felt more painful than usually. But maybe it was a coincidence. Generally an ok place, although perhaps their price for the Hollywood can be lower as £32 seems a bit too much.
