I turned up at the Tanning Shop and was told the waxing lady was not in. No one had contacted me in advance to cancel the appointment and when I phoned and left a message no one got back to me about a refund.

The cleanliness and environment was average to above average, but the therapist was cheerful and fast. She finished a full brazilian in less than 15 minutes and made the entire process easy and as painless as possible. Highly recommend

Went for a bikini and leg wax. The lady was lovely and friendly and the treatment was fine. The room is small but they had an a/c unit which helped with the heat! Thanks will come again 😊

One of the best waxes I've ever had! It was one of the least painful as well. Quick, sharp, and all the hair was removed. Definitely coming back again.
My wax technician was pleasant and polite, she was efficient and the experience was semi-painless. However, I would have hoped for a better wipe down as I got back to the office to find a chunk of dry wax left on my bikini, which was painful and difficult to remove. Also, the wax was far too hot when she applied it even though I clearly told her it was too hot for me. I wasn't burnt but definitely would have preferred a cooler experience. I'd recommend this place but advise that you be clear on what temperature suits you and double check how clean you are before you put your clothes back on.
