Two coats was not enough and i can see my nail under the gel on some of my nails. I didn’t want to have the length taken off, but she said that she had to. Also she then tried to sell me some of her own handbags

I was rushed in immediately, not allowed to remove my sunscreen (scolded for having it on, despite it being my first time with LED) + told that she can't give me any wipes to do so despite there being a trayful of skincare. It felt like being with a headteacher, when I was actually a paying customer. I will never go back. Such a poor experience.
