The therapist was unfriendly and barely spoke to me. The room was cold, her hands were cold. I had to ask for blankets and she was annoyed.
The massage was below average just pacing with light pressure across my back and neck. On top of that my massage was cut short to 30 min although paid for 40 min.I only realised once I left the clinic.
The towels are shared among clients.
Poor customer service and massage. I would give zero but not possible. The management never got back to me.
