If I could give 0 stars, I would. My lash lift came out uneven and when emailing to explain, they wanted to charge an extra £20 to return and get it fixed. My usual salon would not ever do this and always invite customers back if they are not happy with the original outcome. After telling them how dissatisfied I was, the management team did not care at all.
I wish I read the Google reviews before visiting them as I was shocked by the replies they gave to their customers. They are so rude.

Today I had my first ever facial done by Josephine and it was the best experience ever. Josephine has explained every step to me , we also had a little chat while doing my peeling. She has the most delicate hands and the face massage was incredible . Thank you I will definitely come back !
