Fantastic experience, Rhiannon analysed the issue I was having with a number of exercises/movements and then treated it professionally and effectively, even finding time to give me a relaxing shoulder massage afterwards! Always a great experience.

Another great massage from Rhiannon, this time targeting a specific problem (my knee). Her approach in analysing then treating the injury are both very professional and I think it's great she gives you exercises to take away to continue strengthening your muscles.
