I booked in for a massage for stiffness and back pain with Ria. She focused on the area of pains and tension and the massage left me feeling invigorated and ready to take on the new week stress free. I was also provided with excellent after care advice and stretching. I will definitely return, I can't wait to go back for my next appointment.
