When they know you have a discount from treatwell they don’t give you the same service quality as if if you were paying normal price. Cleanliness in general has to be improved, they used the same pedicure tools with me that they used on a different customer.

The space was a lot bigger than I expected, really bright and airy, the staff were so friendly and efficient and the lady who did my nails was so helpful and really attentive, really cared about my nails, the best nail technician I’ve had in London! Beautiful colour as well, love them will definitely be returning!
