Firstly, I loved my therapist. She was friendly, warm and professional. She gave me the right pressure and could tell immediately if she needed to adjust. Thank you to her!
The massage room in itself was ok but it was next to some kind of staff room, so at some points the noise was very loud and not relaxing. I would recommend they move the staff room - even if they weren’t talking you could hear the clinking and rustling of things happening.

I arrived and everything was fine until she explained that they do not provide classic lashes, what they offer is express lashes, i asked what that was, she said, it's a faster service because of the way they apply the lashes, then I asked her about the shape/style/length I wanted, she only had 13 at the longest and only two curls styles, so she couldn't do the style I requested. She then applied around 15-20 lashes on each eye and told me she was finished. It didn't even look like a half set!
