Manicure lasted for a long time - same with pedicure - but my toe did get cut during the appointment and kept bleeding and did hurt.

no chat what is being done, just silence, face mapping was not discussed (was it even done??) with me and nothing was given to me in writing. no one explained what products were used for my facial and no products samples offered and recommended but that is because I already had them. My eyelashes extension suffered massively because the cotton pads were slipping off my face and the therapist put them up no as gently and carefully! as I would like. The facial was good but not brilliant
