I am a regular customer here and the service is usually great. This time however I was over scrubbed on my foot, leaving a painful welt, which was annoying just before a holiday. The manicure also left me bleeding on my thumb. Definitely bad luck as usually this is not my experience.

Really helpful and polite. Lots of colour options for shellac. Very happy with the results from my leg waxing, shallac, normal toe polish and eyebrow threading.

I had a great facial experience, loosing one star because the facial time was 15 min short of the hour I paid for. That being said, my face was left super smooth and therapist also spent a few minutes to give me some recommendation for my skin. I would return there happily.
